Tara and Jenny are so knowledgeable and trustworthy. They helped me find the path where my insurance would work best for a surgical procedure. Tara and Jenny are friendly, patient and reliable. They helped when my insurance reps let me down. Thank you!!!!

Omg I cannot say enough good things about this place!
The office staff made me feel welcome before I even came into my appointment. The staff are very focused on keeping you comfortable during each appointment, and have a wide variety of tools and options available to do so (my favorite is the option to watch a movie while you get your work done!).
I have major dental phobias and have had very bad experiences recently in being mistreated and made to feel badly, but Dr. Bailey made me feel so comfortable, and he was so patient and understanding that I never felt embarrassed about the state of my teeth or the amount of work that needs to be done! I'm sure I took way longer than I was probably scheduled for, but Dr. Bailey took the time to really make sure I was comfortable with everything and understood all my treatment options before I left. I left feeling like a million bucks! This is my new family dentist and I am confident I can stop the generational dental phobia from passing to my youngest son, which might just be the greatest gift of all!! Thank you so much Bailey Family Dental!

I’ve been a patient at Bailey Dental for 10 years and have always enjoyed my experiences there. They are incredibly caring and offer a wide variety of services for anyone that feels anxious about dentistry. My appointments are always pain free. Everyone from the receptionists, to the assistants and hygienists, to the Drs have been nothing but pleasant every time. I’ve gone every 6 months over the last 10 years and walk out happy with a sparkling smile every time.

I highly recommend Dr. Rich Bailey at Bailey Family Dental in Hartland if you're looking for a new dentist! He and the full staff are so great, caring, compassionate, consider your individual needs and take extra care in all treatments/cleaning. I searched for years and was so fortunate to be told about them too!

I have been a patient at this dental office for some time now, and I cannot recommend Drs. Terese and Richard Bailey enough. They are always professional, friendly, and provide exceptional care. I have had a variety of treatments, including fillings, Botox, and cleanings, and each experience has been top-notch.
My hygienist, Nicole, is incredibly gentle, thorough, and always offers valuable advice on maintaining good oral health. Jenny, the office manager, and Mary, the dental assistant, are both so kind and welcoming every time I visit. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable—offering thoughtful touches like a warm blanket and neck wrap if you would like.
This office delivers outstanding service, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality dental care in a warm, caring environment.

We called several offices, in search of a pediatric dentist for our 5yr old. The Staff at Bailey Family Dental was so friendly and empathetic on the phone that we made the drive from Madison. Dr. Terese Bailey and Staff did not let us down. Everything about our experience was wonderful. Our daughter absolutely loved the experience -- especially getting her nails done. What an unexpected Treat!

We had a fantastic first experience at Bailey’s Family Dental. They were so friendly and welcoming. They also really make kids feel special and make the visits fun. We had a horrible experience from another dentist office in the area and we are so glad we decided to come here.

Awesome experience, everyone was very helpful and took time to explain things. I was very impressed with the accommodations as well in case someone was uncomfortable or needed certain care/distractions while the dentist was working. Would highly recommend over any previous dental experience I’ve had

Dr Rich is very detailed and personable. Breanna is my Hygienist- super cool/ down to earth plus does a great job at cleaning. The Front is ALWAYS friendly when I walk in. I cant say enough about this Dental office. I recommend this Dental Office to anybody looking for a Great experience.

If my insurance doesn’t cover this office I choose not to go anywhere else for my dental needs! All the staff - husband & wife Dentists are top notch professionals! Who looks forward to going to the DENTIST? It’s me🥰
