We understand how busy you are. That’s why we offer evening and morning appointments. This gives you the flexibility to visit us without interfering with your work and school schedules. We are also happy to see more than one of your family members at the same time to simplify your life.
Insurance and Billing
We will help you maximize your dental benefits in our office, and understand that no dental insurance company will cover 100% of most dental treatments. We strive to give you an accurate estimate for your out-of-pocket expenses. We understand that each employer may offer different dental plans to choose from as well, and some plans pay better than others. We work to help you get the most of your dental coverage in our office and will give estimates before beginning your treatment. In addition, we offer several financing options and payment options, including deferred interest payment plans to enable you to have the healthy and beautiful smile that you want without having to prepay your out-of-pocket expenses. We accept most employer-based dental plans and most major credit cards. Our insurance specialist will be happy to assist you with filing your insurance claims which we will send directly to your insurance company at no additional charge, maximizing your benefits and answering your insurance questions. Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan option with your credit card or bank account. We offer a courtesy discount for our senior citizens.  Please call our office for details.
Financing Options
We offer third-party financing through Care Credit. Bailey Family Dental will pay your interest for up to one year, for patients who qualify.

Community Service
Give Back A Smile
Over the past few years, we have participated in the Give Back a Smile foundation, dedicating our time and expertise to providing treatment to women who have suffered dental trauma due to abuse. By restoring their teeth, we have helped these patients regain their smiles and self-confidence.
Visits to Lake Country Schools
Each year, Dr. Terese visits many third-grade classrooms in our community to educate children on dental health. Her aim is to inspire the students to prioritize dental hygiene and make wise choices when it comes to food and snacks.
Dr. Rich participates in career day at Arrowhead Union High School. He shared his passion for dentistry and encouraged the students to explore careers in dentistry and the sciences.
Halloween Candy Buy Back
Bailey Family Dental teams up with the American Legion Post 294 in Hartland with our Halloween Candy Buy Back. We pay kids for their extra Halloween candy and then the candy is donated to the American Legion. They include the candy in care packages that are sent to US troops stationed overseas, providing them with a delightful taste of home.
Helping Out in Lake Country
Bailey Family Dental truly cares about our Lake Country community. We give financial support to AHS Broadway Company productions and the Lapham Peak Ski Club. We support local fundraisers by offering gift certificates for teeth whitening and other services. Plus, we donate toothbrushes to charitable organizations as a way of giving back.
During the pandemic closure, we donated personal protective equipment, which was difficult to obtain at the time, to Hartland and Waukesha fire departments. We have also helped with the overflow needs of the Lake Area Free clinics and overflow care to the VA dental clinic during high-demand times. Our doctors and team have also enjoyed helping out the refugees in our community by providing dentistry to some in need.
Hartland Hometown Celebration
The Hometown Celebration parade in Hartland is an event that Dr. Rich, Dr. Terese, and the rest of our team thoroughly enjoy being a part of. During the parade, Dr. Rich drives his vintage station wagon, and the team distributes toothbrushes and floss to the enthusiastic crowd.
